Vodana’s Eighteen Month Limited Warranty is governed by the following terms.

Our warranty does not apply or cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or
  -Dropping the product
  -Dents in the product
  -Liquid Contact or any external causes
  -Using wrong voltage
  -Improper usage of the VP Tool
  -Neglecting safety precautions or Detailing provided
• Normal wear and tear, which includes, but is not limited to:
  -Scratches on the product
  -Loose plates
  -Product build-up
• Tampering
• Damage to cord such as:
  -Wrapping cord around hot iron plates
• Neglect in regular maintenance

In the event that a hardware defect does occur, the end-user must provide proof of purchase (receipt), including the date of purchase, with a valid claim within the Warranty Period.
In the event of a valid claim with proof of purchase during the Warranty Period, Vodana Corporation will either repair the VP Styling Tool, or replace it with an equivalent tool.

The following conditions must be followed for the Eighteen Month Warranty to be redeemed:

• Copy of the Original Receipt
• Printed copy of the Return Form found here
• Check for $10.00 payable to Vodana Corporation to cover shipping & handling costs

It is highly recommended for all shipments to be tracked, and the tracking number be kept for your records. Vodana Corporation is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during the shipment period, and cannot redeem warranties on packages lost during the shipment period.

Vodana Corporation does not extend the Eighteen Month Limited Warranty to any VP Styling Tools sold by unauthorized sellers.
