Vodana orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major
holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your vodanapro.com package. Please select the
option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout.”
Depending on our product availability, most orders shipped using Standard Service are processed and
shipped within 1 -2 business days. Standard Service orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from
the orders ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories
are delivered within 6-14 business days of the orders ship date.
2ND DAY SERVICE
Depending on product availability, 2nd Day orders placed by 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the same
day, 2nd Day orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most (depending on the time the item is ordered) orders shipped using our 2nd Day Service are delivered
within 2 business days from the orders ship date. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO locations, and Canada are not eligible for 2nd
Day Service. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments.
Depending on product availability, Overnight orders placed by 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the same day.
Overnight orders placed after 3:00 PM PT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders shipped via
Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the orders ship date. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO locations, and
Canada are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders can only be shipped out on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including federal holidays. If you submit an order on a weekend or during a holiday, it will be processed and delivered the next business day in the United States. Orders using Overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 3:00 PM (PT).
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise designated by the recipient. If a signature waiver is in place, Vodana cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Overnight or 2nd Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes, certain locations in Alaska, and Canada. Please call us at 714-935-9676 if you have any questions regarding this matter.
Some items sold by Vodana require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. We must comply with these regulations. Therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you beforehand for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order. We?�re sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns & Exchanges
Vodana will accept exchanges and returns of product that does not completely satisfy you within 14 days after receiving order.
The 18 months Warranty is applied on the date of purchase.
Please read and fill out the WARRANTY GUIDE/RETURN FORM and place the filled out information inside the return package.
If you are making an exchange and the total cost of your exchange is more than the amount of your
return, please include your payment information on the back of the invoice. If you are returning or exchanging a gift,
please check the box marked Gift Return on the back of the invoice.
Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.
Affix the return label provided with the product on the outside of the return package.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or
insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to
Damaged Items. Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard
Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the
exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.
